Claire Stanford lives in Minneapolis, where she is a student in the Creative Writing MFA program at the University of Minnesota. Originally from Berkeley, California, Claire has always been immersed in all things food, wine, and sustainability-related. When she is not cooking or writing, Claire is usually long-distance trekking, doing crosswords, and/or drinking tea. Her favorite animal is the sea turtle.
